Why Freeze-Dried, Not Dehydrated

This is critical. Unlike heat-processed powders, freeze-drying preserves the naturally occurring enzymes found in fresh cruciferous vegetables, including myrosinase. Research shows that myrosinase plays a key role in converting glucosinolates into bioactive compounds when Brassica vegetables are consumed. Cooking typically destroys up to 90% of this enzyme.

Our gentle & proprietary Cold-Raw freeze-drying process maintains the integrity of the whole plant, including its natural enzyme systems.
