Getting Started with MiracleMicrogreens

Welcome to the Farm Family! Here’s everything you need to know to make MiracleMicrogreens part of your daily routine.

Quick Start (60 seconds)

  1. Shake the jar (10 seconds).
  2. Use a level 1/8 tsp (not heaping, not packed).
  3. Add it to something you already do daily (coffee, smoothie, eggs, yogurt).
  4. Repeat for 7 days before you overthink it.

What’s in the Jar

You’re holding a blend of 20 different microgreen varieties: pea, sunflower, broccoli, kale, red cabbage, arugula, radish, fava bean, tatsoi, kohlrabi, amaranth, collard, cauliflower, rutabaga, brussels sprouts, turnip, romaine, chia, watercress, and more. Most of these varieties aren’t available anywhere else, which is why it took us years to build the growing and processing systems to make this blend possible.

Microgreens are among the most nutrient-dense vegetables on the planet: tiny seedlings harvested at their peak, packed with vitamins, antioxidants, enzymes, and beneficial plant compounds. Each 1/8 teaspoon serving delivers a meaningful phytonutrient punch in a form that disappears into almost anything you eat or drink.

Why the serving is only 1/8 teaspoon

Most greens powders train people to expect a big scoop. That is usually because they are diluted with fiber, fillers, flavor systems, or low-density ingredients. MiracleMicrogreens is different for two structural reasons:

  • Microgreens are harvested at peak nutrient density, before the plant invests energy into stalk and bulk.
  • We remove the water, then mill it extremely fine.

The result is a powder that is dramatically more concentrated per gram than field-grown vegetables or conventional greens powders. More is not better here. The serving size is calibrated to deliver meaningful phytonutrients without affecting taste, digestion, or daily habits.


Before You Scoop: A Few Quick Tips

Give it a shake first. We mill our microgreens to an ultra-fine powder (similar in fineness to high-end matcha) so it mixes easily and stays invisible in food and drink. The tradeoff is that it can settle and compress in the jar. A quick shake before each use keeps it fluffy and helps you get an accurate serving.

Use a level 1/8 teaspoon. Not heaping, not packed, just level. This gives you a full 30 servings per jar and keeps the flavor undetectable in most foods. It’s a much smaller dose than you’re probably used to with protein powders or other supplements, and that’s intentional. More is not better here.

Store it in a cabinet, not the refrigerator. The fridge can create condensation inside the jar, which is bad for the powder. A cool, dry cabinet is perfect. Once opened, we recommend using within 6 months for peak quality.

The cap is child-safe. Push down and turn to open. We designed it this way so curious little hands can’t get in unsupervised.

If you have trouble with lumps: Most people find it mixes easily, but if you’re getting lumps in cold liquids (we use no additives), here’s the fix:

  1. Add the powder to a dry glass first
  2. Add just a splash of liquid
  3. Stir into a loose paste
  4. Then add the rest of your liquid and mix

If you’re using a water bottle or shaker, make the paste in a small cup first, then pour it back into the bottle. Problem solved.

Daily use and safety

MiracleMicrogreens is real food, not a stimulant or a synthetic supplement. It’s designed to be used daily, long-term. We test every lot with a third-party lab and publish the actual per-serving numbers for heavy metals (not pass/fail). For context, our lead level per serving is about 85× below California Prop 65 warning thresholds.

If you are pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition, check with your healthcare provider. For most people, this is simply a clean way to add real plant nutrition without thinking about it.


How to Use It

The goal is simple: get your daily serving into something you’re already eating or drinking. Most people find a routine that works within the first week.

A simple rule of thumb

If you already consume it daily, it’s a good candidate. The best use case is not the most creative one. It’s the one you’ll repeat without effort.

Tip: If you are trying to build the habit, pick one method and stick to it for 7 days. Consistency beats variety.

The Easiest Options

  • Coffee. One of the most popular methods. The bold flavor of coffee masks the microgreens completely. Just stir it in, no blender needed.
  • Your usual daily foods. Start by adding your microgreens to foods you already eat, rather than trying to do something special.
  • Greens powders and other wellness drinks. Many customers simply add their 1/8 teaspoon to products they already use.
  • Smoothies. Add it to any smoothie with fruit, protein, greens, whatever you’re already making. It disappears completely.
  • Protein shakes. Same idea. If you’re already mixing a shake, add your scoop and you’re done.

Hiding It in Food

Because the serving size is so small, MiracleMicrogreens disappears into most foods, especially those with stronger flavors or darker colors.

For picky eaters (kids or otherwise):

  • PB&J sandwiches
  • Ketchup, mustard, BBQ sauce, or any condiment
  • Spaghetti with red sauce
  • Applesauce
  • Mac and cheese
  • Under the cheese on pizza (a customer favorite: lift the cheese, sprinkle, replace)
  • Yogurt or cottage cheese
  • Salad dressings
  • “Green eggs” (best introduced while reading Dr. Seuss)

For everyday meals:

  • Soups and broths (add after cooking to preserve nutrients)
  • Oatmeal or overnight oats
  • Guacamole or hummus
  • Scrambled eggs
  • Rice or grain bowls
  • Diced meat or vegetables
  • Marinades or sauces
  • Salsa

Pro tip for parents: Instead of hiding it, let your kids add the scoop themselves. You measure, they pour. Our boys love being part of the process. It gives them ownership and makes it feel special rather than sneaky.

How to lock this in as a habit

Color: The powder is green, so it works best in foods that are already darker or strongly colored. In a berry smoothie, it’s invisible. In plain oatmeal, you might see a slight tint. Adjust your pairings based on who’s eating.
